Job Profile

• Ensure to recruit target student numbers across all programmes
• Systematic documentation of all inquiries
• Continuous periodic follow ups with parents and students to convert inquiries into registrations to reach targets
• Support and participate in marketing/promotional events when required
• Computer Literacy
• Interaction with media

Candidate profile

• Age below 35 years
• A degree or any other equivalent professional qualification in the field of marketing/business management
• Minimum 01 year sales & marketing work experience in the education industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil language would be an added advantage)
• Sound PR & client relationship skills
• Proven track record in achieving given targets
• Willing to perform multitasks as and when required
• Knowledge in digital marketing (graphic designing would be an advantage)
